To act as a public forum for the airing of community issues, ideas and suggestions arising from the community. Be one communication link between the appropriate elected officials, municipal staff and residents of the Subregion V, South County and our community of Brandywine / TB Maryland. Promote good community spirit and fellowship among residents of the community.

• Develop Lines of communication with city, township, and county governments
• Serve as an advocate for the Neighbor with Government Authorities at all levels
